Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and partner with families across multiple service settings.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients across home, clinic, and school settings under BCBA supervision. RBT certification required or willing to obtain.
Intake & Outreach Coordinator
Support families through the intake process, verify insurance benefits, coordinate referrals, and serve as the welcoming first voice of Avanza ABA.
Behavior Technician Trainee
No experience required — just a passion for helping others. We provide full RBT training, supervision, and support throughout the certification process.
Student Analyst
Ideal for graduate students pursuing BCBA certification. Gain supervised fieldwork hours working directly with clients under BCBA oversight while building your clinical skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
